Peredam baja pra-insulasi adalah jenis fitting pipa yang digunakan dalam sistem pipa untuk memperkecil ukurannya dari satu lokasi ke lokasi lain.. Ini digunakan dalam sistem perpipaan pra-insulasi di mana terdapat kebutuhan untuk menyambungkan dua pipa dengan diameter berbeda dengan tetap menjaga sifat insulasi termal sistem..

 

 

Peredam terdiri dari tiga komponen utama:
